What types of Islamic wall art does Neanour offer?
We create framed canvases and fine art prints for the modern Muslim home: Arabic calligraphy (such as Ayat al-Kursi, Al-Fatihah and the 99 Names of Allah), abstract mosque and architectural pieces, and sets of two or three.
Every design is made in calm, neutral tones and arrives framed and ready to hang. Fine art prints are also available without a frame.
Is Neanour wall art hand-painted?
Our pieces are not hand-painted — they are original designs created in-house by our own design team, then printed using our TrueArt Quality™ process: our framed canvases on 400gsm fine art canvas, our framed prints on 240gsm museum-grade fine art paper, both with a matte finish and UV-resistant archival inks.
This means every piece has the depth, detail, and presence of fine art, with colours that stay rich and true for years. It is a different craft from painting, but the result is a piece that genuinely elevates a room — and that is exactly what we design for.
What makes Neanour different?
Every piece is an original Neanour design, created in-house in a neutral palette that fits a calm, modern home. Our canvases are printed on 400gsm fine art canvas and our prints on 240gsm museum-grade paper, both with UV-resistant archival inks, and finished in a solid wood frame.
We also give back: 10% of our profits go to sadaqah projects for Muslim communities in need.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Not in the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom. Your artwork is printed and framed locally, so it ships domestically: no customs, no import fees, nothing extra to pay at your door.
For other countries outside the European Union, local import fees may apply. Message us before ordering and we'll check for you.
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is printed and framed to order. Typical delivery times:
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Canada: 6–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
- Netherlands & EU: 4–8 business days
You'll see the expected delivery date on every product page, and you'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, and shipping is free on every order. To keep delivery fast and free of import fees, we print and frame locally: orders to the United States and Canada are made in the USA, orders to the United Kingdom are made in the UK, and European orders are made in the EU.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on our website or through the courier's tracking system.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Every piece is packed with corner protectors in a sturdy box. If something does arrive damaged, email a photo to info@neanour.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll reprint and resend it free of charge, and you don't need to send anything back.
What is your return policy?
Returns & Refunds
At Neanour, every piece is created with care, and we want you to love what arrives at your door. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Conditions for Return
To process a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, showing no signs of wear, sun exposure, handling marks, folds, or creases.
- Returns must be shipped in the original packaging, including all protective materials (corner protectors, sleeves, tubes, or boxes).
- A proof of purchase is required.
- After notifying us of your return, the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days.
We kindly ask you to contact us before sending your return, so we can guide you through the process and ensure smooth handling.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Personalized products (such as name or birthdate prints)
- Custom-made art created specifically upon request
- Sale items / discounted products
- Digital gift cards
Color & Print Disclaimer
Our art is produced on premium materials with calibrated color profiles. Please note that slight variations in color and tone between your screen and the printed product are normal and inherent to the printing process. Such variations are not considered a defect and do not qualify for return or refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us by email before sending your item:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using sturdy packaging and a tracked, reliable shipping method. The sender is fully responsible for loss or damage during the return shipment.

Items that arrive damaged, folded, creased, or without original packaging may result in a partial or denied refund.
Customs, Duties & Where Your Art Is Made
Orders to the United States and Canada are printed and framed in the USA. Orders to the United Kingdom are printed and framed in the UK. These orders ship domestically, so there are no customs duties or import fees to pay on delivery.
For orders shipped to other countries outside the European Union, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are set by your local customs office and are not included in our prices. If you're unsure, message us before ordering and we'll check for you.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your parcel looks damaged on the outside, we recommend taking a photo before unpacking.
In case of:
- transport damage,
- printing errors, or
- incorrect items received,
please notify us by email within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of:
- the product,
- the damage or issue, and
- the outer and inner packaging.
Claims submitted after this 7-day period cannot be processed.
Exchanges
Exchange requests can be submitted by email, and we are happy to review the available options with you.
Please note:
- Sale items cannot be exchanged.
- Personalized and custom-made products are never eligible for exchanges.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, and in any case no later than 14 days after receipt of your return, as required by EU consumer law. For full withdrawals, the original standard shipping costs will also be refunded.
Please allow additional processing time from your bank or credit card provider. For international refunds, the final amount received may vary slightly due to currency exchange rates, which are outside our control.

When will I receive my refund?

Can I exchange my order for a different size or design?
Yes, for regular (non-sale, non-personalized) items. Email us first so we can check availability.
My order arrived damaged, what now?
Email us within 7 days at info@neanour.com with photos of the product and packaging. We'll make it right.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Which size should I choose?
A simple rule: choose art that is about two-thirds the width of the furniture below it. Above a 2-seater sofa, 71x102 cm (28x40 in) works well; above a large sofa or king-size bed, choose 102x122 cm or larger. For a hallway or a smaller wall, 51x71 cm (20x28 in) is ideal.

Where should I hang Qur'anic calligraphy?
Many families choose the living room, the entrance or a study. Out of respect, we recommend hanging calligraphy with Qur'anic verses at or above eye level, securely fixed, and never in a bathroom.
Looking for a piece without sacred text, for example for a bedroom or as a gift? Our abstract mosque and architectural pieces contain no text and no images of living beings.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. At checkout you can pay with Klarna in interest-free instalments (4 payments in the US, 3 in the UK). There is no interest. We also accept Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and all major cards.
Can I request a custom piece of Islamic wall art?
Yes, we offer customization options for many of our artworks. You can request specific sizes, color schemes, or even personal messages to be incorporated into the design. Please contact our customer service for more details on how to personalize your art piece.
What percentage of my purchase goes to charity?
We give 10% of our profits as sadaqah to projects that build safe homes and community spaces for Muslim communities in need around the world. By buying from Neanour, you bring beauty into your home and help others build theirs.
How are the charity funds used by Neanour?
The funds collected are used entirely for charitable projects, including the construction of homes and community centers in underserved areas. We manage these projects directly, ensuring that every contribution makes a direct and tangible impact.
How do I care for my Neanour art piece?
To maintain the beauty of your Neanour art, keep the artwork out of direct sunlight and avoid areas with high humidity. Dust it lightly with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners. For more detailed care instructions, please refer to the care guide included with your purchase.
