What are the terms for the deposit and project start?
A deposit is required for every custom design (usually 50% or 100%). The amount is agreed upon beforehand and is always non-refundable, regardless of whether the project is completed or cancelled early.
Who owns the rights to the design?
Neanour retains full intellectual property rights to the design unless otherwise agreed in writing. This means you may not reproduce, modify, or resell the design without our permission. We reserve the right to display the design in our portfolio and sell it (or variations) through our own channels.
How many revision rounds are included?
One or two revision rounds are included by default (unless otherwise agreed). Once the design is approved, production begins. Any changes after that point are either not possible or subject to additional fees.
What do I need to provide as a client?
Clients are responsible for providing all specific input (such as text, layout preferences, style, or colors) on time. Late changes may cause delays or extra costs.
What is the delivery time for Custom Artwork?
Delivery time depends on complexity, the number of revisions, and external factors such as high demand or shipping delays. Neanour is not liable for delays beyond our control.
Can I return a Custom Artwork?
No. Custom designs are made-to-order and cannot be returned. Each piece is produced once, based on the client's approved specifications. Please review everything carefully before giving your final approval.
